Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.

2. Domestic Shipping

NexPhase Labs ships to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not offer international shipping. All shipments are discreet and compliant. Packages do not display product names or contents on the exterior.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. If you did not receive a tracking email within 1 business day check your spam folder or contact us at support@nexphaselabs.net.

5. Carrier Restrictions

• UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address or select USPS at checkout.
• We do not currently ship to APO or FPO military addresses.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Cold-Chain Handling

All peptide products are stored at negative 80 degrees Celsius and shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain compound integrity during transit. Please refrigerate or freeze all products immediately upon receipt.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. NexPhase Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you notice an error.
