1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NexPhase Labs website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use this website or purchase any products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website or purchase products. Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers, licensed laboratories, and research institutions. By purchasing you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Research Use Only Status

All products sold by NexPhase Labs are labeled and sold as Research Use Only. They are NOT approved by the FDA. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. They are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from NexPhase Labs, the Buyer agrees they are a qualified researcher, will use all products solely for lawful in-vitro research, will comply with all applicable laws, and assumes all risks associated with handling, storage, use, and disposal of products.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited: human or animal consumption of any product, clinical or therapeutic use, resale to unauthorized parties, and any use that violates applicable law. Violations result in immediate order cancellation, permanent blacklisting, and may be reported to authorities.

6. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by NexPhase Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NexPhase Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or misuse of any product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
